We met when I was a paleontologist, and he was Shaggy from Scooby Doo. A true story. A true gem. A true diamond in the rough, and above all, Tommy has been a patient and kind teacher to me. How he managed to get new skills past the dense layer of cannabis and psilocybin that coats my brain I’ll never know. He taught me to fish! Not literally, like in the sense he passed a skill down to me, the basics of car and motorcycle maintenance – the dude taught me how to turn a wrench, and I was infinitely safer on the road because of it. The skills he passed along are things I will always remember, and I will be forever grateful for. He has created for major motion pictures, built racing simulators, race cars, races go karts, and blows healthy farts. Ladies and Gentlemen, I give you Thomas Elizabeth Haake.
